The Mercaderes is named after a major street in Havana that used to be a bustling commercial center and meeting ground for tobacco merchants back in the early years of the nation's capital.
A grand cigar with double band, and wonderfully presented in new boxes. A rich medium to full bodied cigar with loads of complex flavours from earth and spice to cocoa and coffee bean. One of the best cigars delivered from an independant company in a long time.
