A: Cigarworld Australia will package all orders as gifts (if requested) and send out as per your request to the absolute best of our ability. But once the parcel (order) has been dropped at the post office, we can no longer guarantee the goods. But it is extremely rare for your cigars not to arrive.

If you require tracking and or insurance facilities then this will need to be specified in the comments section upon ordering. The price will be forwarded to you in a single email quotation, upon reply to the quotation your order will be processed.

Customers in the US should be advised that ordering Cuban cigars is in direct violation of their Federal Laws (Trading with the Enemies Act). You risk confiscation of your purchase, fines, and jail if caught. We therefore take no responsibility.
